Postcard Panty is a curated gift box designed for the time-starved yet upscale eater. Each box is a handmade and handpicked selection of curated, high quality delicacies made to share, from jams to syrups, crisps to seasoning salts, and so much more.
A new brand that launched in 2013 by founder Stephanie Pacillo, Postcard Pantry's mission is to bring handmade and homegrown goods straight to your doorstep, making it easy to set a table for celebration.
In addition to creating engaging homepage copy that informed audiences of the monthly box experience and occasion-driven collections, we also collaborated with makers on product descriptions to engage all five senses through the written word, profiles to introduce the faces behind the food, and calls-to-action to encourage sales and newsletter sign-ups.
To fill in the gaps between usability and design, micro-copy was written to be used under each area of navigation. Other deliverables included some launch promotion content, including a welcome message announcing the new branding and website, and an automated email series congratulating buyers on their new box and sharing tips for enjoying its contents.
Following the site's launch, additional content was created to promote individual gift boxes, by sharing articles and social posts related to their contents and the makers behind them.
